Home Owner Occupied Low-Income Housing Repair Program-Major Systems:

The Program is designed to assist low-income families, who own and occupy an attached or detached single family home, in need of a repair or replacement of a major system of their house.

This assistance is in the form of a one-time deferred payment loan and must be used for an item or items that threaten the health, safety, or welfare of the household. The house must be located in a borough or township of Berks County.
