The Borough of Topton’s Borough Council has three (3) vacancies. Applicants must be registered voters and have been a resident of the Borough of Topton for a minimum of one year. Letters of interest are due by 12 noon on September 9, 2024 at 205 South Callowhill Street, Topton PA 19562.

On December 11th, 2023 Council approved Ordinance 4-2023 increasing the tax rate by 1.0 mill. The new tax rate will be 8.55 mills per $1,000 of assessed valuation. –> 7.40 mill – Real Estate Tax –> 0.65 mill – Fire Tax –> 0.50 mill – Ambulance Tax Ordinance 4-2023

On December 11th, 2023 Council approved Ordinance 5-2023, which increases Water/Sewer rates for Industrial and Commercial customers only. The new rates will take effect in the April 2024 bills. Residential customer rates will remain unchanged. Ordinance 5-2023
