Expect detours due to closures at the Home Ave. and Main St. railroad crossings during the week of March 25 through the week of April 8 by Norfolk Southern. Parking on E. Franklin St. and E. High St. may be restricted.

Expect closures up to 4 hours in duration at the Main St and Home Ave crossings on Tuesday, January 30th.

The Snow Emergency in effect for the Borough of Topton will end at 3:00PM Tuesday, February 13th. Until that time, all vehicles must remain off Snow Emergency Routes or they will be towed at the owner’s expense (Ord. 3-2018, Ord. 1-2013 & Ord. 2-2023)

TREES WILL BE PICKED UP BY THE END OF THE WEEK (January 11 and 12, 2024)! Thank you for your patience while our staff worked on the recent storms.

UPDATE: 11/30/23 will be the last day for leaf pick-up. November 27th – December 1st, Weather Permitting Leaves will be picked up as time permits throughout the week and will not follow the usual Q1-Q2-Q3 schedule.
