Trunk or Treat

The Borough of Topton will be holding it’s annual trunk or treat on Sunday October 31st, 2021 from 6-8pm.  This annual event will be held on Home Avenue and is a great and safe way for the youth of the Borough of Topton to enjoy trick or treating.  If interested in participating in this event and having your own trunk set up please contact the borough office at 610-682-2541.
