Trunk or Treat 2023

In conjunction with the Brandywine Heights HS Student Council, Topton is hosting “Trunk or Treat” at Halloween Town on Friday, October 27th at Brandywine High School. Join us for games, CANDY, crafts and activities – all ages welcome!  Businesses or organizations interested in decorating a vehicle, dressing up and handing out candy should email  khassler@toptonborough.com to obtain the necessary event form.
