Trunk-or-Treat
Topton Borough is hosting Trunk-or-Treat! The event will be held on Halloween, October 31st from 6pm-8pm. The event will be located on South Home Ave between E Barkley Street and E Smith Street. This event occurs at the same time as trick-or-treat. This event does not replace trick-or-treat, it is just another option for families.
