DUE: April Water/Sewer Bills

April’s Water/Sewer Bill is due Saturday, May 25th.

Payment Options:

1. Pay online at toptonborough.com, select “Pay Water Bill” and follow the instructions (there is a $4.75 fee to pay online with a credit card.) Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.
2. Pay at the office with cash, check or credit card (There is no fee to pay with a credit card in the office.)
3. Pay with check in the drop box at the office.
4. Pay with check by mail. Please allow time for transit; payments arriving to the office after the due date will be subject to all late fees and finance charges.

Payments must be received in full at the Borough Office by the due date to avoid late fees and finance charges.

If writing a check, please check to ensure:

1. 1. Check is dated with the current day’s date.
   2. Check is signed.
   3. Written amount matches numeric amount.
