The Borough of Topton is soliciting proposals and qualifications for the appointment of a Borough Solicitor and Legal Counsel from those firms with experience as a municipal borough solicitor for a municipality in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. TEN (10) clearly marked complete copies (including all attachments) of each proposal shall be submitted and delivered to: Stacy C. Milo-Kratzer, Borough Manager, 205 S. Callowhill St., Topton PA  19562 prior to 12:00 noon on February 2, 2026. Envelopes/packages shall be sealed and marked “PROPOSAL FOR LEGAL SERVICES”. The Borough of Topton Borough Council reserves the right to choose the proposal which, in its judgment, is best suited for the intended purposes and reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, with or without cause, and waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals. The Borough reserves the right to re-solicit proposals.
