NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Topton, Berks County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing at the Topton Borough Hall, 205 S. Callowhill Street, Topton, Pennsylvania 19562, on Monday, June 1, 2026 (rescheduled from May 4) at 6:30 p.m. to consider comments on the Eastern Berks Joint Comprehensive Plan as required by the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. The Joint Comprehensive Plan includes three municipalities, the Borough of Topton, District Township, and Rockland Township, who seek input on our community-wide values. Input from the citizenry is needed to understand and document community interests.
