2024 Tax Rates
On December 11th, 2023 Council approved Ordinance 4-2023 increasing the tax rate by 1.0 mill. The new tax rate will be 8.55 mills per $1,000 of assessed valuation.
–> 7.40 mill – Real Estate Tax
–> 0.65 mill – Fire Tax
–> 0.50 mill – Ambulance Tax
