Council passed Resolution 24-2022 on October 10th, 2022 that amended Resolution 13-2021. This resolution deals with water/sewer bills, 48 hour posting fees, and delinquency consequences with payment plans.
In summary, if you do not pay your water bill on time and receive a 48 hour shutoff notice on your front door, a $25 charge will be added to your account. If you are on a payment plan with the borough and you do not abide by the payment deadlines, the full balance on your account is due immediately and you will be unable to enter into another payment plan for 12 months.
